Open WebUI v0.12.0 adds realtime voice calls that hand real questions to your own model, animated 3D avatars for the voice, multi-factor sign-in, model controls such as a Thinking slider, nested groups with per-group default models, replies in shared chats, and version history for models, tools, and skills.
A local model missed a date sitting in six tiny files. Retrieval got it. Open Terminal turned the same files into a chart, checked totals, a DOCX report, and a spreadsheet. Sometimes the answer is neither a bigger model nor another retrieval tweak.
